At a time when legislators in Harrisburg just cut almost $1 billion in state funding for our public schools, the General Assembly should not spend taxpayer dollars on a voucher program that gives hundreds of millions of dollars in taxpayer money to private schools that are accountable to no one and leaves too many children behind in underfunded public schools.
